They are also claiming that it can be cured, and that they've had some success. The only thing they are really successful at, is driving people into parks late at night to indulge in unsafe sex, because they are denied to ability to have a healthy relationship. Kudos.

Gay websites and magazines show a warped fascination with underage boys. Your splitting hairs equivocation shows the bent of your rationalizations to twist reality to support your distorted preceptions of it (reality that is).
The priests were pedophiles because they preferred males not yet considered adults? Preference for wanting sex with your same gender is homosexuality. Placing artificial distinctions to separate 'gay' from 'pedophile' is smoke and mirror crap meant to fool simpletons.
I'm unsure how to respond to Wallie's comment, which I hope was made in jest and not a representation of a man's real oppinion, but I know such slanderous acusations are common and so need responding to, and revoking. The Accuser's article I agree with fully, btw.
I want to know what gay magazines and websites you've read, because none of the one's i've ever seen have advocated paedophillia. Perhaps they seek to help those teenagers who're realising they're homosexuals, but curing an adolecent's emotional problems isn't what i'd call a paedophilic fascination with the child.
Most paedophiles, like most rapists, are in it for power, not for a long and commited loving relationship with the child (no matter what NAMBLA would have you believe!) and so it's vastly different from the majority of homosexual behaviours. What would YOU term an individual with a biological or psychological attraction to others of their same gender who arn't attracted to children? Surely this isn't logicall impossible: There's a difference between attraction to adults and attraction to children. If not, then hetrosexuality is paedophillia, and you're presumably a paedophile. Surely this isn't true?
Paedophiles can be attracted to female or male children, or possibly both. Is it better for a girl to be raped than a boy, in your view? Is that not paedophillia to you?
Innumerable studdies (Garth's 1993 for example) show that sexual crime is unrelated to orientation, or perhaps has an inverse relation. Not only do your accusations fly in the face of all evidence, they demean the crime of paedophillia.
Um, the Church has had great progress, and the Pope even apologized to the children for what some priests have done. They have added new tests that priests must take. They have also taken other extra precautions!
